By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Seelog mobile application (the "App"), you ("User") agree to be bound by this User Agreement (the "Agreement") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App. Seelog reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
Seelog is a feature-rich photo editing application designed for creative individuals seeking precise control over their photo editing process. The App offers a comprehensive set of tools including, but not limited to: intuitive sliders for adjusting brightness, contrast, saturation, white balance, and full HSL (Hue, Saturation, Lightness) tuning; per-channel curves for advanced tone shaping; curated frame styles; an advanced brush tool with undo/redo functionality; a sleek gallery view for organizing edits; a history view to track all modifications; and a detail view displaying every editing parameter. The App is optimized for iOS devices and includes features such as App Tracking Transparency (ATT) compliance and WebView-based policy implementation.
Seelog grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not: (a) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App; (b) rent, lease, loan, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; (c) use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App; (e) bypass any security or access controls of the App; or (f) use the App to create or distribute content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or violates the rights of any third party.
Seelog does not require the creation of an account or login credentials to access and use the core functionality of the App. You may use all basic photo editing features without providing personal information or registering an account. Any optional features that may require additional authentication in the future will be subject to separate terms, which will be communicated to you at the time of introduction.
Seelog incorporates a monetization model based on consumable coin bundles ("Coins"). Coins can be purchased through the App's in-app purchase system, which is governed by the terms of service of the applicable app store (e.g., Apple App Store). All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the app store's refund policy.
Coins may be used to access premium features of the App, including but not limited to saving final edited renders to your device's photo album, accessing exclusive frame styles, and unlocking advanced brush functionalities. The number of Coins required for each premium feature is displayed within the App and may be modified by Seelog at any time. Coins are non-transferable and have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
You retain all ownership rights to any photos, images, or other content ("User Content") that you upload, edit, or store using the App. Seelog does not claim any ownership rights to your User Content. However, by using the App, you grant Seelog a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you. This license expires when you cease using the App and delete your User Content from the App.
You are solely responsible for all User Content that you upload, edit, or share using the App. You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the right to upload and use all User Content; (b) your User Content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights); (c) your User Content is not harmful, offensive, or inappropriate; and (d) you will indemnify and hold harmless Seelog from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your User Content.
Seelog shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and (f) the conduct of any third party using the App. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Seelog has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, trade dress, patents, and trade secrets, are owned by Seelog or its licensors. The App's interface, design, features, functionality, and all content provided within the App (excluding User Content) are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties worldwide. You may not use any of Seelog's intellectual property without prior written permission from Seelog.
Seelog may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may simply discontinue using the App. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You acknowledge that the use of the App requires a compatible iOS device with sufficient storage, internet connectivity (for certain features such as in-app purchases and policy updates), and the latest version of the iOS operating system. Seelog is not responsible for any issues arising from your device's inability to meet these technical requirements, including any loss of User Content or functionality.
The App may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to the Apple App Store, iOS system services (e.g., photo album access), and WebView-based content providers. Seelog is not responsible for the practices of these third-party services, and your use of such services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Seelog does not endorse or make any representations about third-party services, and you agree that Seelog shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of such services.
